I work with adult individuals and couples. My clinical passions include: Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs), Religious Trauma in BIPOC folks, and Intercultural/Interracial couples. I also love working with Asian/Asian-American high-achievers, eldest daughter types, and creative/entrepreneurial folks.
My style of therapy, according to colleagues and clients, is: direct and honest, relational and attuned, grounded and creative. My clinical conceptualisation is an eclectic blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Creative Arts Therapies, Experiential Therapy, and Brainspotting. Aside from 50-minute sessions, I also offer 3-4 hour intensives for individuals and couples.
I’m an Associate-level Therapist (AMFT#142670, APCC#15142) under the supervision of Philip Chang, LCSW#92156 and Sharon Yu, LMFT#50028.
This is only available if you are located in CA, USA. Please reach out to Therapy on Fig to work with me.

My coaching clients have reached out to me because:
They have already been through their own therapy but needed someone with my cultural background to find a deeper sense of insight or resolution.
They tried all types of healing modalities but still feel ‘stuck’ and have this unshakeable intuition that what I can offer is the ‘last resort’.
They love the way I think through my content (blog posts or Instagram reels), and want that real-time synergy with me to work on a specific issue.

I’m that friend that gets asked for advice all the time, probably because I give off that oldest sister vibe, along with my life experiences of working in different fields and being connected to so many walks of life. I may not know everything, but I have a creative brain that loves a good puzzle.
My consultation style is best for you if:
You prefer doing inner-work by yourself but would like some structured guidance and professional input.
You want someone with fresh eyes, who can listen intentionally to the big picture whilst making connections to the little details and unexpected revelations.
You want someone who can balance a fun type of curiousity with general confidence of having a lot of education about different parts of life.

I grew up leading small groups in the church, and I think being in community will always be in my blood even if individual work is now my passion. I’ve led all kinds of groups, from discussion group to creative arts, and collaborated with other healing practitioners to support their work of building community. My style of leadership in a group setting is a blend of collaborative and open-ended, allowing the group to co-create what they need in that special space for themselves.
In the works:
Support group for Asian/Asian-American folks that endured church hurt (Early 2027)
